Riccardo Prosecco I.G.T. is produced from grapes grown on the hills surrounding Valdobbiadene.
Straw yellow in colour with a subtle persistent effervescence.
A large bouquet of aromas can be perceived ranging from mature pears, apples to a finale of dried fruit with underlying hints of wild flowers.
On the palette this wine is full flavoured, persistent and correctly balanced.

The structure of Prosecco Brut I.G.T. renders it ideal as an aperitive or accompanying hors d’oeuvre.
Also ideal accompanying shell fish based dishes.

Serve chilled at a temperature of 9° C.
