The Riccardo Prosecco D.O.C. soft wine comes from medium/high hills vineyards of the Valdobbiadene and Vidor area.
Its composition is 100% from Prosecco.
The processing begins with a soft squeezing of the grapes, followed by a temperature controlled white vinification.
The Riccardo Prosecco Soft has a bright yellow straw color.
At the olfactory level we find scents of apple, pear and wildflower smells.
To the palate it confirms itself savoury, lively, slightly friuty, harmonious and with a persistent and elegant structure.
Best combined with appetizers, soups, white meats, excellent with cooked or uncooked fish or with vegetable base risotti.
The suggested serving temperature is of 8/10°C.
