Created from select grapes which are only to be found in the area called Cartizze. The particular balance of the earth and microclimate makes this unique product and so special.
The Riccardo Cartizze has a very fine effervescence with a straw yellow colour.
The scent is balanced with hints of apple, pear, peach and acacia blossom.
On the palette the principal characteristic is its delicate, creamy structure refreshing and harmonious and full of flavour.

Being a Dry sparkling wine, Riccardo Cartizze is best served at the end of a meal with dry pastry or dessert or can equally be enjoyed between meals just for pleasure.

Serve chilled at a temperature of 9° C.
